I hear the words you want me to hear.
The music ripples through my mind,
It speaks directly to my soul and we
Connect on the interplanetary grid of
Telepathy.
Taking you back through the mists
Of time to a place of familiarity
Where you felt safe I reached out
To you from another dimension.
Our spirits merged and became
One, we dissolved into each others
Love and locked it away in our
Hearts through time and space.
My soul soars high on the
Vibration of your love as it
Comes sweeping in from
The universe and gathers me up.
It carries me away on a sea
Of tranquillity; I am lost deep
In your soul forever as we reunite
And become one again.
With love and light Starchild

wow, Star! This was wonderful. I'm so glad you put your inspiration in
the author's note, because throughout the read I kept hearing "The Voice".
I think it was a combination of your note and that powerful first line!
What wonderful inspiration you gained and what a perfectly woven
piece of poetry. There are some amazing lines in this. I especially
love the last stanza!
super post! ^_^

Your words drift and flow
a soft sail upon the breeze
like gentle notes
that brush against my ear.
Very nicely penned Starchild
