I`m Trying

Contributed by crow on Monday, 6th October 2008 @ 10:02:14 AM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

You can hear this on My "Home Page, a small board I use for music..

I'm trying, to smile Dad
everythings so blue
without you.

Its cold here, so lonesome
every lesson
getting Me through this.

its hard to find strength
I can hold on too.

I can't find a positive.. side
of My blue...

I`m trying...to be strong Dad
twenty-four..and need You
so badly...

are You still proud of me
am I still your baby
that little girl knew

its hard to find strength
I can hold on too...

I can't find a positive.. side
of My blue...

"I`m trying
every day Dad
its hard without You beside me

are You still proud of me
am I still your baby
that little girl knew

its hard to find strength
I can hold on too...

I can't find one positive.. side
of My blue... K Smith/ LVincent

This choked me up the first time I read Karabear's poem and it chokes me up listening and reading it. It's really sad yet beautifully done here. You did a really good job adapting it to music.

Kara, I am positive he is still proud of you. I am positive you are still his baby.

*huge ebar hug*

Love,

Tim

P.S. What the hell? No votes! I'd give it a ten if I could.
