a walk in the rain

Contributed by spooky on Wednesday, 1st October 2008 @ 10:24:58 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

together we stand as the rain falls down,
looking at each other as the rain falls like tears,
wanting to say the words to make things better,
but they won't come out,

what do we say as we hold each other for the last time,
as the rain rolls down our hands as we let go,
i want to say I love you,
but it wouldn't matter,

I let things go as i had let you go,
not by choice but your words,
you choose to let me go,
now I wallk away in the rain,

rain falls like tears ,
with a warm embrace it gives me,
I look up to feel the rain as it kisses my face,
i will hold on to this,
till i find one who has walked in the rain with tears,,,

craig s. meeks

Craig~
A very sad emotive write that hits straight
at the heart. Yes I feel you in this write my
friend. The rain evokes such feelings and
I can so relate to them.
May you find a beautiful loving caring soul who
shall be worthy of your love my friend.
A sad, but very well penned write.
huge hugs,
dreamer
