Falling like leaves
Falling like leaves
Never saw a thing fall quite like leaves
Yet they say it and they word it,
Like there’s anything besides trees
That could ever match the beauty
To make something that would be falling like leaves
The Dead Sea
The Dead Sea
How could something so unique be called a Dead Sea?
Yet it’s called such and it is such,
And there’s no other name that comes to me
Other than which is entitled
It’s remained forever the Dead Sea
Falling like leaves
Falling like leaves
I feel that I’ve seen something falling like leaves
And it was sudden, oh so sudden
That it makes me shudder and freeze
Because I never thought you’d capture the nature
Of the falling of leaves

Nature poetry! Your words here were simple and gentle but they needed to be. Leaves fall gently. Thank you
