The sky so grey,
A perfect reflection of what’s inside.
So dark and painfully bleak,
My sorrow, I cannot hide.
Hungry lips now tainted,
Its guilt smeared across my skin.
A taste of someone new,
Another longing creeping from within.
My lips were meant for you,
As yours were meant for mine.
And now there’s nothing special,
Nothing left to define.
How dare you try to burry,
This betrayal from the start.
And how dare you be so sure,
That you can still somehow keep my heart.
Trust now broken,
Is there anything that’s true?
My heart in a million pieces,
How could I have given so much to you?

Yes the human heart. Such a fragile piece of
us. We unfortunately give it up too easily and
in the process get hurt and burnt. Trust is
a big thing in keeping a long relationship.
It's hard when you can no longer trust the
person you are with. This usually ends a
relationship.
Time heals all wounds my friend. Wishing
your heart a speedy recovery. Wishing you also
much brighter days ahead.
