I Broke

Today I broke
My world fell apart
I though I was fine
But I was far from okay

She came in the room,
Looked at me
She started screaming
I realized something

I realized that I'm not fine
I was hurt inside
She'd screamed at me before
Way worse than this

But I was done
I couldn't hold back
With the blink of an eye
I was crying

She pretended to care
I pretended to be okay
What i wasn't seeing
Was that it was building up to this

All of my bottled up anger,
Frustration, and hurt,
Was all released
When I broke
