A rose is just a rose
but love is ever changing I suppose
I thought love blossoms like a flower
but I have given you plenty of sunlight and many april showers
still your roots are planted in the ground
no hint of growth no where around
what's wrong with my technigue
my neighbor's flower has reached it's peak
I yearn for that same happiness
though no two people are alike I long for their success
I wait paitently for my flower to bloom
sure hope it at least show signs of growth pretty soon
I've put many long hours talking with it, and watering it,
shinging light on it, praying for it
I wonder if I should give up on it
I better not for who's to say If I start over a new flower won't take just as long
surely dedication and commitment could right any wrong
so I wait.................................................
and I wait..................................................................................
and I wait.................................................................................................................................................................
