Dissolve, my opulent lily, my divided rose, as the moonlight once dissolved within the captivity of your eyes startled and before me.
Always, the night was your surrender to me, always, the stars coursing beneath me, taking you from me as dawn now takes you from me, unclenched, captivated, and unafraid.
It was in you that I first saw the sun, the morning dew scattering across the sky, it was in you as the darkness is in me, and together we were the verge of dusk settling across the sea and the memories of the sea.
Forgive me my love, for it was love that brought you to me, it was love that inclined my heart to drink, it was love that swathed the shade of death upon you, and brought to me the shadows of your sleep.

Stunning! The wording and the emotion are beyond brilliant. This is masterful work. I am not a fan of the formatting you chose and believe this would've been better to read if formatting as a poem and not an ongoing work of prose. Still, well done. You have a very visible gift and it screams from the lines you have placed here for us to see. This is a deeply exceptional piece fo writing with a heart hitting conclusion.
SUPERB!
