On Why I Hate You

Contributed by wizard on Monday, 8th September 2008 @ 07:49:15 AM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

When you speak, I just want to punch you in your face,
But even if you're struck, soon, you’ll speak again;
I hate your voice so much.

You always disturb my peace, making a mockery of it,
As if it were your sole purpose to do so;
I can’t stand the mere sight of you.

You’re really only good for one thing, a useful purpose maybe,
But sometimes you don’t even get that right;
I hate when you’re wrong.

When there’s a shortage, you're always so flashy
And you seem not to know what’s going on;
Another reason to hate you.

When I wake and see your face I realize how much I despise you,
I wish I didn’t need you…
You stupid alarm clock.

You should replace your alarm clock with a ghost alarm. We will stand over your bed side and when it is time to wake you we will take water baloons and toss them at you until your eyes open. At this point we recite Goethe poems in unison while hitting you in the face with inflatable toy hammers. This service is fairly cheap and for being a Ghost Alarms friend we will deduct .00025 in american dollars from the total cost.

This is just one more way a Ghost Alarm indeed makes friends in need. We enjoyed your twist and your trip to the ending. This was well written and it works. Again,(our purple hatted, golden wanded, poet friend who dresses like a fairy) we like your work. In honour of it we take out another wax wizard figure and this time set it on top of a ghost alarm clock. We each take a match from our pockets at the same time and strike them off of our boots. Then set the alarm clock and wax wizard on fire. We have not proven anything by this. Yet we do find it interesting that we forgot to put clothes on the wax wizard who left this world in a blaze of nakedness.

May a naked wax man on fire pass you today and say to you 'Gee you look familiar'.

The Ghost Alarms
