It Does Not last ~Avas Tella~

Contributed by muinanyere on Saturday, 30th August 2008 @ 02:34:13 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

The cold night air flows through me
The pace of my heart quickens
The moon rises over the hills
And envelops me in a sweet song

I find my comfort here
In the deep shadows of night
Among the stars
And in the full moonlight

I am in my safe-haven
Where I find my only peace
But it does not last
And I recall my sorrow once again

How can one hope after so much pain
When there is nothing left?
Except a void
That cannot be filled

I want a love to call my own
I fear that will not come to pass
And that I will die alone
Not ever knowing love

I ringa lome vista sir tere ni
I ranga orenya rince
Isil ore or I ambonnar
Ar vaiya ni ui lisse linde

Hirnye tiutanya sis
Ui huine lome
Imica I eleni
Ar ui quanta isilme

Sis nanye unya hopa varna
Yassen hirnye ernya sere
Nan avas tella
Ar enyalnye nyerenye nea ata

Manen pol mine estel apa sie olya nwalya
Ire tass munta hyarya?
Hequa I lusta
Ta upol na quantuva

Mernye I melme ana yello haryanya
Caurenye ne nira la tul ana auta
Ar ne niranye fir er
La oi ista melme
