My heart welcomed you in
It didn’t know about the hurricane you brought
Now the wreckage is held inside
This bottle helps me pretend to organize and pick up the pieces
These walls used to be brick but you destroyed them like paper
You were the best destroyer I know
I want you back

this poem is powerful, the perfect length. Very nicely done. I could feel the anger and suffering. Nice job. |
