Coolness

Trying to stay cool, act cool, be cool. Coolness is the answer, keep the temper at a minimum. All this cool business is just making me not cool but hot, hot like fire, boiling point at a thousand, my head needs to breathe. to be set free of the need to be cool, my mind is about to explode, let loose, let go of all the chains and locks holding me down to be cool, cold, ice is melting with the touch of my fingers at its surface, turning into a puddle of hot scolding water containing the negativity of trying to stay cool, act cool, be cool. This isn't working, while I pull at my hair strand by strand by the hostility, the fear, the things I need and all the complications that surround it, the struggle to stay at zero degrees, to remain at freezing. COOLNESS IS THE ANSWER. NO COOLNESS IS THE PROBLEM.
