Blood gushes from those gaping wounds
Surging forth like the relentless ocean tide
Slowly, but deliberately, staining my already doomed soul
Impossible to hold back the cries
That form winding paths down my coarse cheeks
Like an angry raven preparing to attack its prey
You came at me with wings spread wide
To inflict pain upon the unknowing innocence
Because of you, I am wounded forever
