Please don't be fooled,
By this mask that I wear.
When it all comes down to it,
I still do not care.
You cannot trust me,
I'm nothing but a schemer.
Did you really think I was listening?
Oh honey, I'm just a day-dreamer.
I probably won't ever become someone,
Whether you help me or not.
You can run and you can run,
But we've already fought.
One thing we've gotten used to,
Is the constant change.
One thing inside of me,
Will always stay the same.
I'll appear well-mannered,
Polite again and again.
But deep down there's still a monster,
A monster deep within.
