As I sit here my head is in a muddle
I think my brain is mixed with a muddy puddle
My head feels heavy, like that of lead
My nose is a running, and my joints feel dead
My throat, well, as sore as can be
A sorry old site, now that is me
One minute I'm shivering, and the next I am hot
Feeling good, oh no way, that I am not
Caused by a virus or caused by the cold
I don't know which but boy I feel old
If anyone wants it I'll give it for free
The same as the way it was given to me

No thanks, Mick,
Don't want it but I will say a prayer for you and yours to for good health and no flu.
I haven't had it in years and pray I never do.
That's one good thing about being a home body.
I'd say you got this down pat really good.
Good that you wrote it well.
It's great to see a post from you tho. It's been for ever or so it seems.
