For every day there is at least one hour
During which you don’t feel sour
You feel as if the world is good
Everything seems as it should
But alas,
These hours pass
And everything goes to hell
As you know well
But I would give all these hours
Just to see you when you’re sour
To be able to ease your mind
Would be, almighty fine
But there’s no telling what I’d give
To be with you as you live
And knowing this probably won’t come true
Is enough to turn this man blue
