A Message For Her

Contributed by redsleeve on Wednesday, 6th August 2008 @ 10:35:58 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

Bella.

Enchanting eyes
captivating my mind
making it hard
to leave you behind
until i stop breathing
until i feel no more
you ARE my heart
my one amore.

there is a good chance that this message could bring anything we ever had to an end.
this may be embarrassing for me but i want you to see exactly what you mean to me
these are the thoughts, in which i had no one to tell.
the rhymes may be corny but they get the point across just as well.

im only hurting myself so this
may be the last time i try
its not like i'm trying
to make you my wife
i only want a friend
who can be there for me
returning the favor
in times when i need

various thoughts
overflowing the page.
if i don't get them out
they will turn into rage.
all that is poured seems
thick and past tense.
admittedly at times
i may not make sense.
but i must express
how i felt from the start,
sappy, but here
these words are my heart
so onto paper it bleeds.
it shows me my past
my path
and my dreams.

it started with a glance
from across a crowded room
the dancers were the attraction
but the best light was on you
so naturally, i'm hooked
you have all my attention
i must meet her outside
this domain of pretensions
months go by... nothing
a word here or there
like "hi, how are you" or
"may i please have a beer"

one night we were smoking
after you got off of work
my courage appeared
along with a smirk

i'm thinking i'm slick
with a trick up my sleeve
maybe i'll kiss her
as she tries to leave
but then i was stunned...

October 6th
2007
40 minutes past 3
awake in the A.M.

...you kissed me
stopped me dead
now the meaning of love
has changed in my head
you've shaken my core
blurred my vision
captured my breath
so i've made you my mission
all in a moment
for one single kiss
seemed like eternity
in a moment of bliss
one single moment
i'm entirely changed
i will drop my whole world
at the sound of your name

no matter the distance
our wavelength remains
though in separate beds
our dreams are the same

i will always want everything
you're not incapable of giving it
i just beleive you see me unfit
forgive me for assuming but
you don't know how grueling
its been to have such chemistry
and still you can't take me seriously
with a connection so rare
something so few people share
its a crime not to see
where these feelings could lead

if you were to ask me
its because of my youth
if so, please have the courage
to tell me the truth

but always know this

eternally here for you
when ever you need
you know what to do.
just call on me
to tell me your beliefs
tell me your dreams,
tell me your wants,
and tell me your needs.
which i will be a man
and always defend
i will always listen,
never pass judgment,
comprehend and understand

No one can tell you what to do, your the only one who can decide weather to send it to her or not. It could be one of those things that you regret doing or one of things you regret never doing! hope it all works out

Puppy :)
