Greenbacks work stooped in sweatshops
for the land of ease
you work a nine to five, some work just to breathe.
so much time spent for a grain of food
overstuffed garbage cans could feed the needy
but only in the land of the greedy.
and in the midst of prophet and gain
and innocent angelic child
lies still

This is really good. It's small with a big impact, and it's got a really nice flow. Nicely written. |
