Healing Dance

Contributed by Nosaint on Thursday, 31st July 2008 @ 05:00:11 AM in AEST
Topic: MiscPoems

Private dances on moonlit flowers
Brilliant wings glinting under starry skies
Lightly swaying to music of crickets
The fairies are dancing tonight

They celebrate the circle of life
Together joining hands energy united
Repairing what man has destroyed
Bringing rebirth to the earth

As the full moon glows
So does their hearts
For they keep the peace
Nature’s doctors so giving

Once more they sing and dance
Blowing horns of seashells
Laughing and joking life is good
For once more the earth forgives

How long can they keep us?
From the harm we constantly give
How many more scars can they heal?
What ignorance chooses to deal

For now they celebrate joyfully
But who knows what tomorrow will bring
Should we not unite with them?
In keeping our world serene

Well Shari,
You have outdone yourself this time.
I agree with your thinking, and this is one
of the reasons you were put on this earth.
Awesome in every word........Mike
