Always a dream away

Contributed by shelby on Tuesday, 29th July 2008 @ 07:31:41 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

Head in the clouds, thinking of silver linings and cotton.
Always the dreamer I am.
Always another dream away.

Thinking large, bigger is better.
Improvements, hard work, yet dreams do not transpire.
Maybe a change or maybe not
always a dream away.

The ink in the pen is about all dried up.
Thoughts in the head always spinning round.
Circles are good but maybe square could be better
always a dream away.

Beautifully written as always.
girl, What do you mean end to the poetry writing?
You can't quit writting any easier than I can.
This site can't do without your awesome writing.
You're about to make me cry at the thought shelby not being here day in and day out.
Huggs, blessings,
emy
Write on girlfriend cause we need your talent here.

On a serious note...I hope all is well with you. Shelby not writing is like Shelby not breathing... and we can't have that... Rest, if you must....but never stop writing..

Sometimes, it's better to be always a dream away; if you had nothing left to dream of, what hope would there be for tomorrow? A beautiful write, keep reaching for those dreams hun,

Michelle, it would be a very sad day when the inspiration that you wield, dies a sudden death.

Sometimes life is so damn chaotic and drama seems at every turn, that our heads get all
fuzzy and furious with thought. What you need is a calming of the soul. Dreams don't
always come true, but like 2sday said, we need them. We need them, like we need air. For
without our dreams, we are only living to die.

Things are often less overwhelming than they seem. Just keep your wits about you,
hun and always remember to just breathe ~

Prayers, thoughts, hopes AND dreams to you, sweet lady ..

~ Breezy

Michelle,
I agree with everyone. Take some
time and it is amazing how full your pen
becomes. I hope we only miss you for a
short time.....Mike

Miss Michelle
Sometimes, a break is the best medicine, to keep what WE have and do later.
I dont know what is happening or what you're totally going through. But I suspect, alot is from work...work.and the loss of loved ones. We shut alot and many out when you lose. No matter how close each and everyone was and may still be. I know how it is to lose....and not just to death but to thy heart. I lost many in a 3 yrs span......Totally turned a best friend around to hating me, bc I DIDNT wanna lose them....so sweetie, feel ;yet DO not ever lose so its over. Its not!!!!!!!! its just on a stand still.

HUGS!
Loves yas

I know all to well how you feel. As everyone else has said sometimes it just takes a little break to refill the inkwell. Despite everything that was said yesterday I am always going to be here. You are too brilliant of a poet for the pen to remain empty for long...you will be back before you know it. Dreams...no matter whether they are big or small they are really all we have to look forward to in life... You are an amazing friend and one that I hope that I can keep in my life for a long time. You will be writing again in no time.

love ya and plenty of hugs
i mean it
Rich

I will personally send you a gross of pens so you will always have the tools to write. You can leave this place, but the words will forever run through your head. The words are a part of you. Take it from one who knows. Take a break, walk away, rediscover, reinvent, recharge. You are a gifted writer who will shine for many years to come.
