Grounded

Topic: LostLove

Tears are coming down my face
For you are still constantly on my mind
I’m frustrated as I sit in this place
I feel like I’m running out of time
There is no one available that can come close to you
Everyday I walk around sad and blue
At times I feel like a fool
I’m so unhappy with my life
I have a female that is so quick to say she’s my spouse
I believe she thinks this because we live in the same house
It’s going to take more than that to become my wife
Everyday I regret not moving with you
Our last dance was a foreshadow of my future
For I’ve ran out of things to do
No matter the time I still recall our favorite picture
The one where I’m kissing you and holding our son
Without you in my life it has gotten darker
Like someone is using a permanent marker
For everyday remains the same
I’m communicating with people that only know my name
I’m so tired of playing the same game
Just once can I meet someone that can fit my frame
Till this day I still feel like a Misfit
I’m slowly removing people from my contact list
Once again I feel like a “Wildflower”
Fenced up with nowhere to go
That wants badly to find the perfect heart to devour
Whose roots are buried in concrete not allowing me to grow
I feel like I’m suffering here in defeat
Because since you went away my life has been incomplete

Incredible.
Very sad, and very beautiful.
You have a lot of talent!
Great job, friend
