They’re bowling in heaven
Says the sky today
Open bar
Everywhere
She’s in her metacognitive state
She’s thinking of thinking of you
Beneath each umbrella
She expects to see you there
With your slow
Easy smile
And your steady, laughing stare
Gaining wisdom from every truth
Even when the truth seems so unfair
Not that you’d recognize her anyway
Since she would never let you
Not that she’d recognize you anyway
Since she’s never even met you
