Crucible

What if i cannot forget you as a copycat
what if time weren't enough, what if we are no more kids
what if words come and go travelling on a train
i am not a copycat

Tonight i will let the veils fall like a baby
i will swim into my dreams, the dreams
that have not changed, that still await at the station
from babyhood

What if you laugh, what if you walk into the same dirt all over again
what if you cant be broken into a thousan pieces from the explosion
what if no marble can ripple your water
never before, never again

What if i cannot live with it in the end
what if i leave a drop of soul in every desert till i dry myself
what if you can steal my life through every scene
what if you do

You will wander from a tree to another tree under the weight of the night
the birds will be stealing your hair through the lie of time
and when you will face yourself in the mirron, your lips will paralyse
to the smile, the one you 've stolen , the one you forgot
the one you lost, the one that awaits at hte station
from babyhood
