Living on a sixth sense.
Let me give you my two cents
Its only a time before it all falls down.
Like building a sand castle.
And watching it get tore down by the sea.
Its only a matter of time, it’ll happen to you , it happened to me.
Sit there in your arm chair,
Look back at your life.
Its all laid out in front of you on the glass table.
So somebody pick me up and put me together.
The sound of the mistakes call me
And I’ll take enough puff of the cigarette.
Open the can and begin another regret.
Intuition is the game.
Staying alive is mission.
Walking the streets hoods up lads.
Bats in hands lads.
Avoid all light, were going to finish what we started.
The buzz is wearing off it was all just a flash back.
This powder in front of me is a fort so easy blown away
We’ll keep the heart beat at a maximum everyday.
Funny you started from the bottom and worked your way up.
But this high can only take you so far.
Your one of a kind.
Your one of the best.
But when your caught will you confess.
Anyway to get by.
Make a living or fall back and die.
Phone rings, “Are you home?”
Phone down, your out.
Living on a sixth sense can only get you so close to what you desire.
The tyres screech off the tarmac
Leaving an asphalt print of you running away with your tail between your legs.
One minute later and you’d have been caught.
But it’s the thrill of the chase.
Can you set the pace.
Or will you fall back and get caught up in the rat race.
Sixty down the highway.
You didn’t look where you going now did you ?.
Sixty years isn’t bad, you might just make it.
Lets see how far that sixth sense gets you now.
