Suicide

Bullets rest in the barrel
Hearts scream just pull the trigger
But his finger never moves
Death lay before him
Yet all he sees is you
Then questions why
And in this silence
His thoughts become clear
Gazing at his escape
Selfishness
What scars are left
For them to bare
If he lets metal
Slip through skin
With one last wish
He smiles
For the first time
Hazel eyes glimpse more then you
Hope brings an end
To this dreaded night
Dreams finely put you to rest
As he sleeps in wait for a perfect dawn
The murder of crows watching
Desolate eyes now wide open
Come see what love has broken
Selfishness
What scars are left
For them to bare
If he lets metal
Slip through skin
With one last wish
He smiles
Screams ring out when morning breaks
Cold hands with no embrace
To still to hold a gun
Your picture rest in his palm
His lungs forgot how to breathe
Lost in eternal sleep
Your murder through his suicide
