WHICH way to go...Right, or Left?

Rendering thoughts...Wondering, if I choose the right paths of life
I do try and see more for many reasons
I try to see the good in most, and over look the evil
But seems the evil, over takes and powers the eyes...
Makes things become blind,helpless, and under powering
How can I change
How can I see differently
What can one do to not hurt, ...but Not to be hurt, either...
Should I be like evil?
Take people for granted
In Hopes, things will subside....
Or keep being my self, and choosing to be....Me....

The dang paths sometimes are confusing........
Meaning of life even worse but like Jen said be you and keep doing what you are doing ....... Sadly the EVIL in this world and in people will stay but we can shine the best we know how to.......

Sweetie, your last line sums it up. You should continue to be you. But know,
people will get hurt, (including ourselves), no matter WHAT path we lay
our sights on. It's just a fact of life. All we can do is strive to be the good
people we are and try to be as kind and charitable as possible. (Something

An excellent ponderance.
It i sdifficult being "the good child" so to speak. It is the good hearts that get hurt the most and the evil ones rendering thier wrath with self important, selfish use of others and painful cast of us aside. Evil seems the easy path but those people never truly see a tru beauty and never feel it in their heart. It is just unfortunate that we must suffer at their hands.

just keep being you, look at people and at life and when you see a quality you like you can adopt it in yourself, if it doesnt suit find a new idea, try things out and when they dont fit or you like them but arent ready, put the idea, style, way of life on the shelf till another time, just most importantly be happy and be you!

Hmmm, interesting....I'd go with the comments posted by Nessie.
Be true to yourself, you have to live with yourself. Yes, you'll hurt others, sometimes it's unavoidable.
If you only see the evil then you need to find support and strength from someone. Don't take people for granted, they won't always be there.
Learn and enjoy their company and wisdom while you can. |

thought provoking ponderings. my personal thought is that since you take the time to ponder these things, you h must be on the right path. it may hurt, it may not always feel like it, but you are doing something right. i say this, because you do what you do with heart. thank you for these inspiring thoughts

I'm so very late in getting, here...my apologies.
It would be a much kinder world if everyone asked this of themselves. You've managed to sum up what I believe is one of the greatest challenges in life: finding the balance between who we are and who the world wants us to be. I think that you'll find your poet's tender soul will do best on the narrow road.
Love is the greatest gift we can give to the world....even when it's not returned.
