Sometimes I don't know what to make of anything
your there, yet gone
I waited by your doorstep you never showed up
I waited in bitter vain these feelings for you I tried so hard to restrain...
but I can't resist you ever
Our ties I can't sever
will you truly go away forever?
Please don't make me face the world alone without you here
I'm already scared
hating myself

| It's so easy to blame ourselves for what others did to us... I know exactly where you are coming from on that note... I really enjoyed reading this piece, the pain was real and raw and you portrayed it with ease. Thanks for posting. I'm going to look at more of your work! |
