This is crazy.
I spend the night pacing.
My mind racing.
And in morning daylight.
I've still not slept all night.
Maybe it's out of fright.
But these sleepless nights just make me think I have insomnia.
nothing I can do just have sleepless nights.
and just wait for my hair to turn white.

Great write. Maybe ther is something working behind the scenes that is keeping you up all night. What is troubling you so? I hope you get some peaceful rest soon.
