Friends strike like lightning

I could of sworn we would live through old age
but you had to tare our bracelit friendship
buddy's at birth, enemy's on earth
we were like twins, knowing each others favorites
when you lied, you ruined it

we did and shared everything together
we even split a cigarrette
with me taking the bitter half
it would just make us laugh

friends strike like lightning
traumatized by the scars that hurt so badly
the pain will never go away

powerful poem. Liked the details of the friendship bracelet and shared cigarette which made the poem come to life..
