Husband and wife should switch roles with each other occasionally

Husband and wife should switch roles with each other occasionally

Last night,

you showed me some pictures of schooltime,

I was glad to share something about your school life.

how funny those stories were!

I looked at you and smiled,

I felt I preferred to be a spectator.

Somehow,

I remembered that you had a girlfriend in high school,

when I asked you about that,

you pointed a girl to me.

My glance rested an instant on her face,

"How lovely!

she makes me feel inferior.

Haha,

what did you like in her?"

"She was cleverish.

Can you recall your schooldays?"

You asked me.

I gave you a wicked look,

"Make yourself comfortable.

Can I get you another drink?"

Your school life seemed happier in retrospect than in reality.

you described your school life to me once again,

and told me some stories between you and she,

"Do you believe?

she had come in the day of our wedding,

then she wore a mask standing in the opposite of our building."

I knew that was only a joke you made,

but it made me squirm to think how she liked you,

and I felt you still liked her.

To ward off the feelings,

I smiled and said to you in a low voice,

"it is eleven o'clock,

tomorrow morning,

I have to get up early to work."

Last night,

when we went to bed,

you told me what you had said was only a lie,

I kissed you and smiled,

"Haha, how can I get that way?

I can't be too careful."

Indeed,

I was lost sleep last night,

I knew that was a mistake to know your secret.

Although it struck me as ridiculous,

I was not feeling quite good,

I wished soon I would be all right.

this morning,

I still felt ill,

I didn't feel like eating breakfast,

but I managed to force something down,

and I behaved as if nothing had happened.

Now,

I am sure,

you wanted to keep your own privacy,

it just slipped out.

you didn't mean to say.

Went through this thing,

I see,

sometimes husband and wife should switch roles with each other occasionally.

Really,

Some things are better left unsaid,

if so,

I will never feel so bad.

I reflect upon it,

I give an involuntary smile,

I must try to get the thing out of my head,

for our love,

for our new life......
