spring is here
flowers are blooming...
rapidly like my heart
opening it’s seed of love,
I’m a single flower
amongst the garden of daffodils...
waving goodbye, so I can
welcome the arrival of pansies,
I stand and gaze amongst them
and your eyes don’t seem to match...
the tint of their leaf
dissolve before my eyes,
as i stand, and remain content
knowing the wind flies...
your true fragrance
touching my flower
caressing every part,
through my soul is where
I lay my flower open
letting the wind lift it’s fragrance...
and carry it back
to lay it on your chest,
to touch the depths
of a heart that seems so true...
like no one ever dared
to love you,
to lay all of it’s sent
safely on your heart...
tightly sealing it with a kiss
of my love…

This poem is a breath of spring........ Lovely work.
This is so delicate
I lay my flower open
letting the wind lift it’s fragrance...
and carry it back
to lay it on your chest,
