Welcome to sin city

Topic: DarkPoetry

Cracked pavements leading into cracked citys.
Every corners home to a woman of the night.
Watch as they pass by with a glint into their eyes.
You call this heaven, take a step back now call it sin city.
Tainted lights shining in your eyes
Take it all in , and take a deep breath.
Can you feel your soul trying to escape.

Watch as you walk past emotionless shells of people
Look at their hands , cant you not feel time slipping past.
Skin and bones is all thats left , but yet they continue to drink, continue to smoke, continue to live.
Dusted roads brush aside the real path to escape.
Sin citys never been so bright , till to night.
Sin citys never been so welcoming.

Theres a man in middle of sin city.
Arms wide spread on his knees
No one knows if he's praising sin city or praying for its forgiveness.
Theres a girl in sin city who lets go heart shaped ballons.
All in an attempt to show and to share the aspects of love
But enough of the residences this is all about you.
The spotlights on you, this is what you want isnt it ?.

Take a walk on the wild side.
Roll your dice one more time see if it'll land you in the gutter.
Your living right now
But your feeling lower then ever.
So is the feeling of sin city.
But your having a good time so is this a problem or what ?
The doors open are you going to escape or not?
