Even when for a breif moment
I think i catch a whiff
Of your cologne
Or hear the joy
In your laugh
I will be okay
When every song on the radio
Reminds me of you
Or when i suddenly recall
An inside joke
I will be okay
When my heart is bursting
With things to tell you
When my mind is overcrowded
With dreams to share with you
I will be okay
When I contemplate joining you
In your land of peace
When my body is weary
With the pain of rememberance
I will be okay
When i roll over
In the middle of the night
Toward emptiness
I will be okay
When I see your picture
Hear your name
Read your letters
Recall your touch
When I think about you
Or remember your face
And I will be okay
Because there is no other way
I will be okay,
Because you would want me to be
