They'll Never Know

All alone in a crowd full of people.
The cold, it’s so very brutal.
The numbness is too harsh.
So take the blade and cut down deep,
Making sure you can still feel;
That not everything in you is frozen.
Watch the blood flow, finding satisfaction in it.
No one sees the scars, no one knows.
It’s like you never did it,
Like nothing ever happened.
You’re okay.
They won’t find out.
As long as they don’t see, they won’t ever know.
You’ll never have to talk about it.
Instead, you can sit alone,
Crying yourself dry every night.
They’ll never know.
