Why, must I live in a world
where people kill each other,
where children go insane from hunger,
where gas is so expensive,
that you might as well stay home.
Why do politicians,
spend millions of dollars,
trying to be recognized,
instead of helping others.
Instead of feeding the poor,
and curing the ill.
Why are hospitals so expensive,
that it is cheaper to die,
like a rat,
like an insect,
like a worthless piece of...... nothing.
Why, must society elevate the idiots?
making them into icons.
Oh, why must we give them fame,
should the t.v. or Internet be the one to blame?
I'm not in my right mind now,
just leave me alone.
Why can't I stay in bed, it's SUNDAY!!!
Why do I have to pray?
I'm eating, don't bother me.
Why is it that college so expensive,
that is cheaper to be a moron.
I don't want to be a moron,
I want to go to college,
I don't know why though.

Why was John Lennon murdered?
Why must my dreams end so fast?
