the day you died

Topic: DarkPoetry

its was a day i'll never forget
the day you died
why did they have to take you from me
you where the only one who understood me
no one but you accepted me for who i really was
i could be my self around you

when you died my whole world was torn apart....
i saw it happen
what monster would shoot an innocent 10 year old girl
ithe day you died it tore me up inside
still to this day 5 years on i find it hard to deal with

A painful and emotional poem to read. But this is good, writing about painful things doesn't make it go away but it does help and you are able to express what you are truly thinking onto a piece of paper or whatever because it listens. This was a raw and powerful poem. Your emotions are strong and they just pour out onto the reader. Well done and I am sorry to hear that happened to your friend.

Hugs
Take care
Christina

I have to agree with Christina...you did a very good job with this. I am sorry to hear about your loss. But once again...Writing doesnt make things go away but it does help us deal with the hard time that we have to face in life...Very well done...

I am sorry..
Take care
Rich
