Lost At Sea

Contributed by jv2543 on Wednesday, 21st May 2008 @ 04:30:25 AM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

In a sea over troubled waters
The waves rise up
Then come crashing down
I’m out here floating....aimlessly adrift
Surrounded by the water
As far as the eye can see
Lost in the middle of nowhere
I honestly dont know, how I ended up there?
But patiently I will wait
For you, to come rescue me
But you’re nowhere to be found
You’ve sailed on, and forgotten about me.
Where did you go, my friend?
Is this really how its going to end?
Because you had once said
Here for me, Is where you’d always be.
But I guess if I cant be...... what you want me to be,
I will have to stay out here adrift
Forever, lost in the sea

I agree with Megan on that note.
Touching write.

It is hurtful when a friend leaves but ya know what they were not a true friend to begin with if they go when the going gets tuff.......

Im here for ya (winks)

This must have been tearful to write...but in spite of that, you did a remarkable job of it....
Stay strong....another ship will sail by and you will no longer be adrift....(your friend's loss)
