I could never love you
Because you took away my life
Destroyed me as a person
Abused me as your wife
And now I am so empty
So broken deep inside
Ashamed it doesn't go away
These tears I cannot hide
Took the air out of my chest
So hard for me to breathe
Now theres no need lookin in the mirror
When I don't know who I see
Now I am so lonely
Just taking day by day
Hoping the scars you left me
Will gently fade away

This just flowed so well...Amazing how such a sad poem could bring pleasure to the reader..... Good write...
