i see the pieces,
i see the shards,
they reflect in the light of what i said
i see them rain down simmering and tinkleing
as they hit the floor,
sparkeling into dust
your heart.. when i broke it with what i said

| short, simple but very effective - i love the glas imagery, so appropriate for this theme. 'sparkling into dust' - sounds beautiful but tragic at the same time. excellent write, hope to read more of your work in the future. Kate x |
