Thick rivulets of rain
run streams of distortion
over clear glass and yellow days
gathered mind cotton weaves its tapestries.
Trace thread and currents back
to rippling pulses and micro implosions
drawing in blue breaths of desire,
grasping at phantom pressures.
Egg no more
the roost yields wings
and crows passed its green horn
to announce the close of night.

| Nothing can be more awakening than a fresh new dawn. If we could capture each new day at dawn and simple rise to it....we can find so much inner strength from its power. Nice write my friend. |
