Topic: Suicide

Some days I wonder why I even try,
When all I want is to die.
I loved you for some stupid reason.
We didn’t even have anything in common.

Love sucks; I’m sick of this feeling.
I want to get rid of this thing.
This thing that’s in my chest and, unfortunately, still beating.
I want it out.

I go through day after day,
Wondering if you want me to stay.
I would gladly end this pathetic life.
If you want, you could even do it with a knife.
You’ve already torn apart
That stupid thing in my chest called a heart.
Make it stop beating…please…

I sometimes wonder if I left, would you notice?
I hide the pain quite well; I can be a good actress.
If I just didn’t show up one day,
What would you say?
Sometimes I think you wouldn’t care.
You go every day, never noticing that I’m there.
When I leave, you’ll never know.
