I hate how you turned your ******* back on me and gave up
I hate how you used me
I hate how you lied to me
I hate how you bent the truth
I hate how you ******* justify things
I hate the way you don’t give a ****
I hate the way it’s going just fine for you
I hate the way I struggle
I hate being broke…
I hate that I’m behind on bills
I hate that I don’t eat everyday
I hate that the ******* sun rises every ******* day….
I hate that I have to live this ******* life
I hate the way you’ve ****** me
I hate that you just don’t give a ******* ****
I hate that mother ****** you picked over me...
I hate that I promised you I wouldn’t **** with him…
I hate that I can’t ******* beat the life out of him…
I really hate that… really…
I hate how you don’t see how what you’ve done is ****** up
I hate the twisted ******* view you have on ****
I hate the way your family ****** you up
I hate how they affected my life by doing so
I hate the ****** up ***** you ****
I ******* hate the way you put me through this
I hate the way you still lead me
I hate the way I follow…
I hate that I can’t let you go
I hate that I still love you

You let out a lot of emotion in this write.
It is ok to get angry and hate the situation.
Just dont hang onto it it will hurt you.
That is the hard part of it letting things go I know this but we must in order to move on and heal and be the best person we can be...
I hope things go better for you really soon. Keep writing I will keep reading.

hope you can move and see what is right in front of you before its gone. Hope you can see the love that is in front of you and you can move on from the one that did this to you...

revisiting every emotion,
writing down all of the things you probably don't want to be thinking about.
