My Agony

Contributed by jesusofholland on Thursday, 1st May 2008 @ 02:35:45 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

She touches flame to candle
With patience and great care
It flickers, dances through dim room
And shines upon her hair

Seductive strut and fluid hips
Are locked onto my glare
Her lips so sultry, wanton, soft
Belie her skeptics stare

So close she brings her face
But only drapes silk hair
Then lightly like butterfly's wing
Come kisses I hardly bear

The way she teases me
I tell her it's unfair
The agony she brings to me
I know she will not spare

And when she does submit
To me what she will dare
I wake in bed, cold with sweat
She's not; never will be there

OH wow! What a tantalizing but agonizing sequence!! Dreams can be so
torturous no matter how beautifully they begin. This was gorgeously relentless.
So vivid!

Wonderful write. Enjoyed it immensely.
