My emotions destroyed ,my heart is broken
My soul now lies bleeding, by words once spoken
Memories haunt me as I lay on my bed
And in the solitude of my room, many tears are shed
I am shattered, I am weary, I am hurt to the core
You played with my feelings, then walked out the door
No explanation, no note, no last goodbye
And in my solitude I suffer, and I don't know why
I must have been a fool, right from the start
You told me you cared , you captured my heart
Now all I have is memories, of you everyday
And in solitude the bitterness it eats me away
But everyday I am stronger, and I am moving on
I no longer cry at night, my love for you is gone
No more in solitude will I sit just waiting here for you
I made a promise to myself, No more will I be a fool

Sue, this is such a sad and forlorn write. I'm sorry if this is truly what
is happening in your life. Fools we be, and fools we shall remain.
I believe that if we give in and lose that side of us, we are fated to
become like the stoic hearts that break all others. Don't lose the beauty
of trust, sweet lady. Someone is worthy of your foolish whims. (And I
hope you know how I mean that. In the BEST possible way)
Believe in yourself. I do. :) You have one of the biggest hearts
I know. Sending you sweet thoughts and hopes for a quickened,
brighter tomorrow.
