A tree can sway and dance but my head will not be turned
The sky could scorn me but I will not change
The earth can try and throw me off balance, but I know where I’m going, I know where I’m headed
A car can injure me, but how can I stop
I need to be there at my place so distract me all you want, but I have somewhere to be.
Beneath the tree the root thrives and beneath the sky I walk
The roses cry for attention, but my mind is set
I will die and live according to plan. I have no choice.
I didn’t accomplish what I should of
He fell and I couldn’t save him and so I drop my head and
follow this road to nowhere
This road I call hell and I will walk and die every day of my life.
