A dog was barking
I was his bone
Which he abandoned with disgust
And rot I am
Under his feet
Me
A bone
With my red core destiny
Waiting to be nibbled
Waiting for the river of little smileys
To sprout from me
Waiting for the dog to bite
To clean up with his rabid a dirt from my existence

interesting...... sounds like it could also parallel a real life situation, waiting for a guy to ask you out perhaps? that's how i'm going to interpret it regardless of actual intent :) |

i get the untitled poems...not only does it label your poems but my not naming it your reader can get out of it what they want or need....very clever!
this piece made me feel overlooked, used and pushed aside...but still holding on for a maybe... |
