I Love You.
Three little words that mean so much.
And yet it doesn't seem to captivate the intensity of how I feel.
I'm overwhelmed by my love for you.
It consumes me until I am nothing more than emotions surreal.
I Love You.
Sounds like a terrible under statement.
And yet the human language lacks the capacity to further explain.
My passion, adoration, and desires,
Are far too intense to be considered mundane.
I Love You.
I wish I had more words. More ways to prove it.
And yet some how I lack the ability to express my heart to you.
I wish not to settle for less, but sadly you’ll have to accept.
That these three words are the best that I can do.
I LOVE YOU!!!

| This is a warm little poem. Funny how what one cannot express in words is communicable with a single touch, embrace, or kiss. It's wonderful to see that love can fill one who has long felt empty. Good write! Keep it going. Don't wait 3 years or even three days! |
