My Angel

I heard my Angel calling
Saying things so sweet
I felt like I was falling
When I heard her tiny heartbeat

“Mommy, I do love you”
I heard my Angel say
“Please know I really miss you
But in Heaven I'm okay”

“Tell Daddy not to worry
Let him know I'm there
Show him my love and kindness
You two make such a great pair”

I heard my Angel leaving
And I began to cry
Then she said,
“Mom just keep believing
Remember, I'm alive”
