Do you want to go to a movie, maybe dinner and a show? Would you rather it be us alone or would you like to bring someone you know? If I asked you would you say yes or pretend to be busy? Do you already have a love, or could it be me?
No's the worst you could say, at least I hope thats true. you could spew out some hateful words, say I will not speak to you. Weel, whats the harm in asking, you might even say yes, but if you decide to say no Ill end up with no less.
So I guess I will try it out, Ill hope for the best. Maybe well end up together, we can forget about the rest. Yet I barely know you, just a crush through high school. Two years have gone by but when we speak its cool.
You with you slender body and your short hair died dark red. Me looking like I do, living in a state of dread. Crazier things have happened, for my heart I will try. If it stays alone any longer it may dry up and die.
