With This Love
There could not be a valley deep
Or no one mountain that’s so steep
Where all’s been set to an even plane
And what is this that they call rain
A sun will shine on every door
Spring flowers bloom forevermore
There are no tears here to be cried
It’s from all eyes they have been dried
For there is much for us to write
A nightscape painted of moonlight
Each morning filled by the song of birds
This heart that’s soothed with happy words
Here children play all this daylong
Where all is right, and nothing’s wrong
There is no push and no more shove
An eagle soars beside the dove
For with this love, there’s no too much
And not one heart would be untouched
As there will be a change of season
This love surpasses rhyme or reason
